GrindTec: innovation in grinding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is an alternative to the traditional magnetic chuck for parallel pole grinding: GrindTec<\/strong>. The surface is 100% metallic, with round poles machined from a single piece<\/strong> via core drilling. There is no joining element: the area in contact with the piece is robust and impenetrable, reliable and long-lasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GrindTec is bidirectional<\/strong> and uses circular pole geometry: each pole generates a constant workholding force of 150 kg. Thanks to special mobile pole extensions it is possible to automatically shim workpieces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GrindTec is equipped with the patented \u201cNUFLUX\u201d system, for complete elimination of magnetic residue from the workpiece, even with alloy steel.
