For every company involved in the turning of washers, bearings, rings and flanges, a common problem is holding the workpiece without deforming it. In fact, traditional mechanical workholding systems cause ovality and deformations. RadialTec<\/strong> clamps the workpiece from the support surface only. There are no obstacles to the tool path: a complete machining of the workpiece<\/strong> is possible with a single positioning.<\/p>\n\n\n

The use of pole extensions allows the workpiece to be spaced from the surface of the chuck, making the internal and external diameters completely accessible for any machining.
